Decoding Motion small group classes take place every Monday and Thursday afternoon and are meant for beginners to advanced practitioners, helping individuals develop physical strength, mobility, flexibility and movement skills.

Decoding Motion
Decoding motion is an embodied movement intelligence project that implements Mindbody approaches to movement training in order to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
This practice uses various movement and functional physical training methods and disciplines for improving strength, mobility, flexibility, alignment, vitality and energy levels, help regulate stress and chronic pain and support an overall healthy and a pain-free lifestyle.
The practice implements different concepts and techniques, from the realms of martial arts, dance, functional physical training, somatic movement.
Combining the latest mind and body research, discoveries and techniques together with ancient practices, traditional concepts and philosophies to support a holistic physical, mental and emotional well-being and longevity.
